About Me
I hold a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in biotechnology from University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Since 2018 I work at Royal Sp. z o.o. leading Quality Control (from 2020) and R&D (from 2023). I manage teams, optimize processes, ensure regulatory compliance. I also conduct an implementation PhD on microbial consortia for deodorization and reduction of BOD, COD, nitrogen and phosphorus in portable sanitation systems.
